 Early Education as a field can sometimes make out like there is only one way to do things, if you want to do them right. Doing something wrong can lead to educators being frowned upon by admin, stakeholders and other educators.
But what if there wasn't one way to do things for children? What if....we can help children by actually making sure to build the classroom management program around them and their needs? This question and answer segment is not about absolutes, its about helping educators and parents think outside the box to find the answers that work for them. Part of my program for children is making sure that I change what I am doing for them to fit what will make them feel comfortable and happy. If I as the educator is having a hard time attempting to implement a change or routine in the classroom then it may not be the routine that is best for the children in my classroom.
